Your privacy is absolute. Tech2Fix operational standards strictly prohibit our staff from requesting or transmitting device passcodes via plain text, email, or SMS. Where device credentials are required as part of the recovery process, all exchanges are managed exclusively through end-to-end encrypted password vaults (such as 1Password). Your keys are never stored exposed on our networks.
