Warranty policy

90-day cover on the specific fault repaired.

The warranty claim workflow is handled through the dedicated warranty route at warranty.tech2fix.uk. This page explains the public policy.

What is covered

  • The specific fault repaired by Tech2Fix.
  • Completed repairs for 90 days from the repair completion date.
  • Failures directly related to the repair carried out, subject to inspection.

What is not covered

  • New faults unrelated to the original repair.
  • Liquid damage, impact damage, misuse or further physical damage after return.
  • Tampering, opening, attempted repair or modification by another party after Tech2Fix repair.
  • Faults that could not be fully tested due to missing passcode, disabled access or limited testing conditions.
  • Data Recovery jobs, including temporary repair work carried out only to access or extract data.

Data Recovery exclusion

Data Recovery is an outcome-based recovery service, not a device repair warranty route. Any temporary repair work carried out during recovery is performed only to access and extract data. It does not mean the device is being returned as a fully repaired or warrantied handset.

How claims will work

Warranty claims should be submitted through the dedicated warranty route. It collects the repair reference, customer details, fault description and evidence before the claim is reviewed.
