Secure packaging matters.

Mail-in repairs depend on clear references, safe packaging and the Tech2Fix shipping label sent by email.

Before sending

  • Only send a device after receiving a confirmed booking reference and Tech2Fix shipping label.
  • Remove cases, chargers and accessories unless Tech2Fix specifically asks for them.
  • Include your booking reference inside the parcel.

Packaging guidance

  • Use protective packaging suitable for electronics.
  • Do not send a loose device in an envelope or thin mailer.
  • Attach the shipping label provided by Tech2Fix and follow the instructions in the booking email.

Return shipping

After diagnosis, repair or declined quote handling, Tech2Fix will return the device using the agreed tracked courier route.
